Terms of Service

1. The service

BizHive provides done-for-you business systems including websites, AI assistants, booking systems, payment processing, and email/SMS marketing automation (the “Service”). These terms govern your use of the Service.

2. Subscriptions & payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe, in GBP, on the date you signed up.
• All fees are exclusive of VAT. UK customers will be charged VAT at the current rate.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid invoice, we'll refund the full amount — no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

4. Your content & data

• You retain ownership of all content you upload to BizHive.
• You grant us a limited licence to use that content to provide the Service (e.g. display your business name on your website).
• You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload (logos, photos, copy).
• On cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. You can export it at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited marketing
• Host content that's illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform
• Use the AI assistant to generate content that's misleading or harmful

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access (no honest SaaS company does), but we commit to publishing status updates at bizhive.io and resolving any incidents promptly.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
